Attention Seniors! Circle Thursday April 03 on your calendar. The Egremont Optimist Club, as part of Maplefest activities, has a special day for our Senior citizens. Your day can start with a short trip into Love's Sugarbush in Holstein. You can tour the maple syrup operation, and enjoy a couple of demonstrations. A bus will be avialable to take you from the parking area into the sugarbush. If you're not up to the sugarbush, see below.

At The Egremont Optimist Centre, from 11:00 am till 4:00 pm, we'll be serving up pancakes, sausages and beans along with as tea & coffee. You'll be entertained by Holstein's own Lindsay Thomas Morgan, old time country music by the Keith MacMillan Band, and Busker Don Roberts from Ayton.
Also in the Community Centre we'll have a spinning demonstration by Lynn Stewart, and a quilt display. The Egremont Optimist Community Centre is all on one floor, and is wheelchair accessible.

Cost per person is only $8.00 per person which includes pancake and sausage meal, entertainment, demonstrations, and an optional sugarbush tour.
